Position Summary
This individual will be responsible for coaching, advising and assisting training teams across the organization. The Project Coordinator / LMS Administrator will use various learning technologies to create, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of training for a variety of topics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day Project Management and tracking of tasks related to training initiatives.
  • Supporting specific training teams and collaborating with the team members to successfully create and implement training initiatives.
  • Coaching and advising on the use of the corporate Learning Management Systems (LearningHub).


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience using and administering a Learning Management System ( LMS ).
  • 2+ years' experience using technology to create and deliver training.
  • 2+ years' experience managing multiple small and medium sized projects concurrently.
  • Experience with stakeholder and customer communications and management.
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting learning programs for provider networks.
  • Experience using Saba Cloud.
  • Experience developing reports using Saba Analytics.
  • PMP Certified.
  • Consulting experience.


Education

  • BS Degree in HR or HR Technologies or equivalent experience implementing, managing and supporting learning technologies.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
